How do I book a course?

Do I have to pay for my course?

No, our courses are free.
Although charges may apply; mostly not directly from us if you require more intense training

Will I get a certificate for my training?

Accepted Answer

You will get a certificate of attendance/completion when you have demonstrated you have been on our training by attending trainings and completing your assignments.

Do I need to attend every training?

Accepted Answer

You need to have 85% of attendance and always inform us ahead if you are not going to be able to attend a particular lecture and we will re-arrange the training for you.

Will I get assessed?

Yes you will be assesed and required to submit pieces of evidence of your learning.

How do I start my training?

When you select a course you will receive some emails from us with calls to action on how to join the training group and attend trainings. To kick off we advise you do the following:
Download the telegram app on your phone to access information and training resources from us
Download the freeconference call app on your devices to attend training

Can I defer my training after registration?

Accepted Answer

Yes you can, but you will need to demostrate the reason for defeering your training. You also need to note that we can not guarantee a place for you once a training is defeered.
