Digital Capability Training:

This training focused on supporting the digitally excluded people in the community such as the elderly, Asylum seekers, people whose first language is not English, low-income families, people with little or no education background. These are difficult to reach people but through the support of our local council, social prescribers, religious group leaders, community leaders, and some charities we have been able to help a lot of our target audience. We organise both face-to-face and online trainings.

It's another time for recognising the hard work that grassroots organisations does for their communities. I can not help reflecting on the huge impact of winning this national award on Knowledge Pool and the Doncaster community.

Digital Leaders announced the launch of the Craig Macdonald Memorial Prize on the 6th of July 2021. This award was to recognise the best grassroots organisation working in their local community to help close the digital divide

Knowledge Pool has helped me a lot! I have improved on my digital skills including MS package and Business Analysis skills. Yetunde is a great teacher! Very patient and highly intelligent, she will always ensure you not just know it but that you can present it excellently. The mentoring I got from Yetunde has helped me to secure a big job in a major health service organisation in the U.K. I recommend this platform to anyone looking to sharpen their skills. Thank you Yetunde
